WHEN WE UNITE, OUR COMMUNNITIES FLOURISH.

FRONTLINE WORKERS

The "sectors" of our society are set up perfectly to foster flourishing, but we have to work together. Each sectors' frontline workers are the key.

Teachers, healthcare professionals, counselors, social workers, managers, and pastors are engaging with our neighbors directly every day. They love them and have their trust.

If you're a frontline worker who wants to build community partnerships or someone who wants to partner with the frontline workers in your community, connect with us.

There are a number of diverse, collaborative, faith-friendly groups of experts, frontline workers from every sector, and those eager to help them:

CAUSE-BASED NETWORKS:

What's the biggest challenge facing your people or community? What is your organization passionate about or already working to address?

We've identified networks of organizations and individuals working under the direction of experts to solve our communities' most pressing problems. Passionate Issue Champions are our connection to these groups and would love to engage you.

SECTOR-BASED NETWORKS:

Most Issue-Based Networks inherently correlate to a given sector like education or healthcare. We're looking for equally passionate Sector Champions at the county, city, and community levels to help us plug into other Sector-Based Networks.

CHAMPION INFRASTRUCTURE:

Since our formation, we've always had this 3-pronged structure of Region, Issue, and Sector Champions. In 2020, we got a clear vision for how we should proceed:

  • We're building a team of full-time, paid County Champions for each county in DFW to support their City Champions who will support their Community Champions who will support the organizations from every sector in their community.

  • Each group of stakeholders will assess their needs, assets, and priorities and identify the best Issue and Sector Champions to start with.

  • For all of the above, we're looking for people who truly feel responsible for the flourishing of their region who value kindness, who are committed to unity, and who are determined to make a meaningful impact.

  • At each level, the goal is to have a group of under 12 Champions to allow each leader to truly care for the others they're supporting.

We call this our Community Impact Model.
